I don't remember remembering who this band is, but after watching the video with a smile on my face, I'd like to remember the memory of reminding myself to remember who this band is because they make me unbelievably fucking happy.

Active Bird Community sound like a Matthew Sweet tripped over a Sonic Youth and then went to the same catholic high school I did and we shared hitter boxes.

It's amazing what you can create when you don't try to create anything besides what just pours out. The inclusion of tents, forts, and blanket capes, and snow angels is only overshadowed by the amazingly welcoming addition of genuine fucking smiles in this video.

"Pick Me Apart" is my favorite song by a band I have only heard one song from, but who I hope is able to continue my good feels into their next single, EP, or album. Active Bird Community, bros, make that shit happen.
